CCA provides to advertisers what no other media buy can provide —­ a notarized document sales result for a media buy. Some 10% of all commercial radio stations have licensed the CCA Campaign at one-time or another. However, the nature of the media –whether radio, TV, cable or newspaper — is immaterial to the conduct of the CCA Campaign.

CCA has no effect on the station’s on-air, or the advertiser’s commercials. Station format, and ratings are immaterial in CCA.
